At Hush Homes, we acquire and renovate houses, turning them into lovely homes for single young professionals.  

We pride ourselves on creating a Harmonious Atmosphere where tenants feel “At Home" making long lasting friendships with fellow minded tenants. On Average most tenants stay for 2 years.

The whole process from acquiring properties, through to letting and ongoing management of the houses is managed in-house, so there are no external letting/management agents to deal with.

We currently have 5 houses, with a total of 30 rooms, in Addlestone, Staines and Ashford. All developed from scratch. Each uniquely different, each created to the same high standards.

For our investors, we provide an attractive return on investment.
