OUR HOMES

All our homes are decorated, equipped and maintained to a very high standard. Kitchens are fully equipped (Fiona used to be a professional chef and caterer!)

Homes all benefit from super-fast, fibre-optic broadband.

Your housemates will generally be young professional people who enjoy sharing with others, live tidily and respect their fellow housemates.

Each home has a WhatsApp group, which makes it easy to flag any issues, and ensures all other tenants know the current status. It also enables tenants to keep in touch with each other and informed of visitors or special situations.

What’s included:

Monthly checks are carried out on the communal areas to pre-empt issues and maintenance problems. Our links with local & loyal tradesmen ensures we can get any problems fixed quickly & efficiently.

Rooms are checked every 6 months with advice given to help ensure tenants get their deposit back when they leave.

A cleaner comes once a week and a gardener maintains the garden.

Your deposit will be registered with the Tenant Deposit Insurance Scheme. All tenancies are subject to referencing and contract.
